COVID-19 Procedures

Office

  • All visitors must wear a mask to enter our office or warehouse.
  • All office staff will participate in infection control practices.
  • All employees will practice repeated handwashing throughout the workday.
  • Party King will provide sanitization materials, such as hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes, to staff and our clients.
  • Party King will require frequent sanitization of high-touch areas to which workers have access.

Staff

  • All staff will be screened daily upon arrival for any signs or symptoms of fever.
  • Any staff member that is sick or shows signs of being sick will be asked to stay home and prohibited from coming to work.

Equipment

  • All equipment will be cleaned and sanitized with cleaner and antiviral disinfectant before and after every event.
  • All touch points of equipment that we operate such as handles, seating areas, seatbelts, gates, etc. on amusement rides will be wiped down with disinfectant during the entire event.

We take the safety of our staff and clients very seriously and we will take all necessary measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

  • Ronnie and Party King Entertainment did an AWESOME job!! They provided ceremony and reception music for our July wedding. Throughout the planning process I loved how responsive and caring they were. Their packages are very reasonably priced (we did not do any additional things, but they can do "zap" photos, slideshows, etc.) A couple weeks before the wedding, we sat down with Ronnie and went through every detail, making us feel confident that everything would go smoothly and he understood exactly what we wanted. At the wedding, their entire staff were all professional, fun, and nice. They kept everything running "on time" such as the intros, the cake cutting, the speeches, etc. They kept everyone dancing all night!!
